Join our workshop with Rita Laudato from the Chiasso Dairy, the expert cheesemaker. Where? At Buffet Bellavista, the iconic grotto located at 1200 meters above sea level at the namesake mid-station on Monte Generoso. 

You won't become a master cheesemaker, but you will certainly discover the key steps to make one of Rita's small cheeses. An experience not to be missed!

Accessibility

We inform you that the event takes place at the Buffet Bellavista, located at the Bellavista intermediate station (1200 m). The facility is also accessible to people with disabilities who use a wheelchair. Access is exclusively guaranteed by arriving by car at Bellavista, not via the cogwheel train. To ensure the service, it is necessary to communicate this requirement at least 48 hours in advance and/or indicate it in the notes when purchasing the ticket for the event.
