5th August - One-color Dinner

Fixed menu and 'color block' for this dinner at 'Stone Flower' Restaurant, which from appetizer to dessert, offers a surprising mix of different ingredients depending on the course, but all of the same color. Without forgetting, however, the correct combinations of protein, vitamins and taste. "For tonight, leave your diet resolutions at home," warn the Fiore di pietra Chefs, "because according to researchers at Cornell University in upstate New York, monochromatic foods greatly stimulate the appetite!"

For the one-colour dinner on Saturday, 5 August, yellow is the colour of summer dishes, and with it comes vitality, light, creativity, dynamism and good humour, in addition to strengthening the eyesight and circulation.
