Fixed menu and 'color block' for this dinner at 'Stone Flower' Restaurant, which from appetizer to dessert, offers a surprising mix of different ingredients depending on the course, but all of the same color. Without forgetting, however, the correct combinations of protein, vitamins and taste. "For tonight, leave your diet resolutions at home," warn the Fiore di pietra Chefs, "because according to researchers at Cornell University in upstate New York, monochromatic foods greatly stimulate the appetite!"

For the first monochromatic dinner of the season to fill your eyes and plates will be the so-called purple-colored superfoods. They are great for you and are officially the healthiest FOOD trend ever, their power is vibrant and energizing thanks to the density of nutrients and antioxidants they contain.
