Spring arrives with its flurry of freshness, and our Chef is spoiled for choice among colorful and fragrant first fruits. A whirlwind of novelty germinating among combinations, combinations and discoveries bringing a concentration of energy, flavors and creativity. All accompanied by a selection of wines produced from Ticino grape varieties and carefully selected by the Maître of the 'Fiore di pietra' Restaurant.
This will be followed by the Summer Dinner on July 15 and the Autumn Dinner on September 9.
