The sessions are led by Michelle Badrutt from MONOyoga, who will teach you to follow the slow, continuous rhythm of your breath and to get in touch with your body. Every movement is supported and guided by your breathing in and out, like the waves of the sea. Followed by a hearty, healthy breakfast. Drop in and out as you please.
The lesson will be held indoors if the weather is poor.
