Saturday 22 May is the Valais Evening, where the undisputed highlights on the table will be the world-famous Raclette and the original Gsottus, a mixed meat dish (beef, mutton, pork, goat and sausage) dried using a special method then cooked with potatoes, curly kale and Williams pears, and served with rye bread and PGI Valais mountain cheese.
