There are many ways of presenting and getting to know a Region.

The panoramica Restaurant Vetta Monte Generoso wants to make the Mendrisiotto region “speak” through its wines and best dishes. It therefore proposes a wine selection that promotes the Merlot of the Ticino and in particular those produced in the district of Mendrisio. This also applies to the cuisine. The dishes want to mirror the cooking tradition of the Ticino and Lombardia regions, from the risottos to the polenta and the braised rabbit, following the flow of the seasons as closely as possible. Simple dishes and sometimes rather rustic, but always of high quality and presented with care and love.
The salami and cheeses are of local production and, whenever possible, actual products from the district of Monte Generoso. With a bit of luck (because it is not always available) we are even in a position to offer guests the “mythical” Zincarlin cheese of the Generoso and the Valle di Muggio.

Euro are accepted, the daily exchange rate will be applied
